Shipping

We ship our lashes worldwide from our office and warehouse located in Toronto, Canada.

Processing Times

Orders are processed within 48 hours after receipt of payment. Once processed, your lashes will be shipped the following business day.

Canada & US shipping

We charge a flat rate of $4.95 to ship within Canada and the US, with Canada Post. Please allow 2–5 business days for delivery. For our American customers, please note that duties, taxes, or other customs charges may occur and are not included.

International shipping

We charge a flat rate of $12.95 to ship outside of Canada and the US, with Canada Post. Please allow 10–15 business days for delivery. Duties, taxes, or other customs charges may occur and are not included.

Track Your Lashes

We know you’re excited to receive your lashes, so we provide online tracking for all our orders. After your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a shipment confirmation notice, tracking number, and tracking link.

To our international customers: depending on your location, shipments may take as long as 3-4 weeks to arrive. This is uncommon but not unheard of. Please be patient and use our tracking link to see where your lashes are. Sometimes packages are randomly checked at customs and can hold up the delivery time. We ask that you wait at least 4 weeks for lashes to arrive, before contacting us.

Contact us if you have any issues with your tracking number. Be sure to include your Order ID.

 

Returns and Exchanges

We pride ourselves on the quality of our beautifully handcrafted lashes and we want you to wear them with pride! So if in any way you are not satisfied when you receive your lashes, please return the unused lashes in its original packaging along with a copy of your invoice within 14 days from the ship date for a refund or exchange. Your return or exchange will be processed promptly upon arrival, and we will send you a confirmation by email. A refund will be issued according to the purchase price and will be credited to the original credit card use for payment. Shipping and handling charges are non refundable. We recommend shipping your return with a service that provides tracking and insurance, as we are not responsible for any packages lost in transit. It is necessary that you email us first to let us know you want to do a return or exchange. Please allow 2-3 weeks from the shipping date for your account to be credited.
